25% Discount on second class if you register for two or more classes per week (Level A, B, C and Pre-Hockey classes only). Register for 3 sessions in a row - Save $30.

10% Discount on second or more immediate family members of equal or lesser value.

Only one discount may apply per person.

Note: Classes not meeting size requirements may be cancelled or combined. Payment in full is required at time of registration.

PROGRAM REGISTRATION POLICIES

All programs must be paid in full at time of registration. Ice Den reserves the right to reschedule, change, or cancel a program due to uncontrollable circumstances. Ice Den reserves the right to revoke participant and future registration in any program offered at this facility.

MAKE-UP CLASS POLICY

One (1) make-up class per session based on availability.  Call (480) 473-5811 to schedule your make-up class. If no make-up class is available, public skating passes will be substituted. Make-up class must be scheduled within the session of missed class. Skaters must pick up their make-up voucher at the Administration Office and present it to a class instructor when entering the ice. No make-ups for Exceller "Skate"

SKATING ATTIRE CHECKLIST

Recommended skating attire Checklist:

  • Gloves
  • Warm-up suit or figure skating attire (no jeans or shorts permitted)
  • Long hair must be tied back in pony tail or bun

Skates and skating attire, and accessory items  may be purchased at Coyotes Ice Sports. The Ice Den is not responsible for personal items that may be lost or stolen. Private lockers are available for your protection.

 Rink temperature stays at approximately 52° year round.

Refund Policy

Refunds, credits or transfers will only be given if requested in writing two (2) weeks prior to the first day of registered class. Refunds, credits or transfers will be granted minus a $10.00 administration fee only in the event of an injury or illness and the request is accompanied by a doctor’s statement verifying the nature of the injury or illness. No refunds, credits or transfers will be given to a registrant who leaves of because of their own desire or fails to attend.

For our valued customes, the Ice Den offers FREE Wi-Fi service (high speed internet access) at the Ice Den. Simply bring your Wi-Fi compatible laptop to the Ice Den and log on... it's that simple. Surf the web, check your e-mail, and prepare for that next big meeting... all from the comfort and convenience of the Ice Den lobby.

Please note that as a user of our Wi-Fi service, you are responsible for all 'content' including but not limited to information, data, graphics, video, audio and other materials, publicly or privately provided. Subsequently you understand that you are solely responsible as the person providing 'content' either directly or indirectly to others in the facility.
