Party dates/times are first come, first served and reserved with a $100 non-refundable deposit. The Ice Den highly recommends that parties are booked at least seven days in advance.

• 1 hr. private party suite times are scheduled either prior to or following the public skate session time, not in conjunction with.
• Any changes to Peter Piper Pizza, cake orders or theme packages must be made at least three days in advance to avoid penalty charges.
• Additional skaters may be added and paid for prior to the start of your party.
• Parties have the option of supplying their own cake, beverages and limited food items. No pizza other than Peter Piper pizza is permitted. Please inquire prior to booking.
